Order of the Community of the Paraclete (OCP)

Introduction to the community

The Community of the Paraclete is an apostolic community offering an authentic Religious life of prayer and service. We were recognized by the Episcopal Church in 1992. The Paracletians are self-supporting women and men, lay and ordained, who have committed themselves to live under the Paracletian Rule and constitution.

Our vision: we are a network of Paracletian communities learning how to grow spiritually and exercising our gifts in ministry. We stand with and serve anyone who is broken in mind, body or spirit. See the website for current ministries.

Members are in the states of Arizona, Florida and Washington, USA.

Motto: “Ordinary People Living Extraordinary Lives”
