Religious Day at Lambeth 2024

Around 60 Religious from Recognised and Acknowledged Communities gathered at Lambeth Palace for a Day in the Summer.

The day hosted by Archbishop Justin was to highlight the priority he attaches to Religious Life within the Anglican Communion.

Following a welcome over Coffee the Religious were invited to take part in some Ignatian Prayer lead by the Chime Neuf Community.  

The morning ended with a Holy Eucharist Celebrated by the Archbishop in the Crypt Chapel.

Following aQ& A session with the Archbishop in the afternoon, and a reflection on Sabbath, the day closed with 1662 Prayer Book Evening Prayer in the Chapel
